This project design has been put together for a flat studio apartment, whose owners, a young couple, spend less time at home since they travel a lot due to work reasons. The designer tried to meet their expectations for a modern and inviting interior by smartly choosing an overall light palette and glass surfaces to expand the room borders, setting up a living area that easily transforms into a sleeping one during the night, arranging a comfortable dining space for inviting friends over, and going with a functional kitchen that becomes the main focus with its partial rose gold finish alongside the Marquina Black marble accent wall in the relaxation area.
The dining room and the living room are separated by a wall and a doorway in this project. However, a light color code with a confident dominance of creamy, white, and smoky gray makes us perceive them as a single space. The soft matte sheen of the gold metal frames of dining chairs and consoles also adds harmony to this symphony of light, sophistication, and some unexpected contrasting textures.
The trendy design project incorporates the love for functionality in the contemporary cooking area that unobtrusively flows into the dining space with a similar grandeur yet leaves space for round shapes to replace the rawness of the sleek matte black cabinets. The show-stopper in this interior is the natural stone texture that left its mark everywhere, while the perfect lighting conditions and roomy space go hand in hand with the latest design trends.
The design approach to this interior is inspired by the balance between beige and gray that spreads all over the open-plan living room with a dining area, combined with a mini-hallway. The main focus is the cutting-edge Industrial fireplace with a Rustic appeal that contrasts the Mid-Century Modern-inspired relaxation space. A prevalence of round shapes can be noticed throughout the entire interior, particularly when the accent wall with illusionary circles sets a Modern vibe and makes sure it reaches every room angle.
The split-level interior of the vacation cottage reveals a very spacious and bright room that offers an updated perspective on the use of natural materials peculiar to a cottage. Although far from the city hustle, the design bears a slightly urban feel yet successfully integrates serenity and connection with nature. The smart design that combines the relaxation and dining areas is perfect for hosting guests during the day, while the open-floor interior and the additional bedroom for the homeowners erase any borders and bring the functional areas to a single space during the night.
The timeless white and gray alongside classy marble and textured wood set the perfect background for a Modern open-concept interior that falls in love with vibrancy in the living room, stays true to contemporaneity in the kitchen, and embraces elegance in the dining area. The impartial space between the three functional areas radiates neutrality yet borrows a little from each.
An astonishing mix of cold and warm, sleek and soft, and Industrial and Traditional gives birth to a large open-floor interior where the cooking space collaborates with the dining area, making the most of a trendy color palette and giving a new definition to comfort. The well-lit kitchen + dining room meets all the functionality, comfort, and style standards and perfectly suits the needs of a big family.
The dance of Modern and mostly Traditional in this open-plan interior beautifully integrates the familiar-looking wood kitchen and dining space with a Rustic appeal, both underlined by a Modern splash of gray and white. The classic white walls and natural wood flooring, alongside the accent fireplace, enhance comfort, while the functional layout and sleek traces of elegance add contemporary individuality.
