How does it work?
First, you send us your requirements and some photos of your room or the plan. We pick 2 designers that suits the best your project. If they have some more questions about your project we get in contact with you. When everything is clarified, they start to work on the project and we get back to you with 2 initial concepts and you choose the one you like the most. After you choose the concept and give some more suggestions, the designer will complete the design.
Can I choose a particular designer?
If you like a particular designer, we can let you know when it can start your project. If you are ok with the timing, you will get your design done by your preferred designer.
Can I get in touch with the designer personally?
At the moment the interface for communication with the designer is not ready. However, we will assure the communication between you and the designer by email. You will be able to send your requirements and instructions to the designer until the design project is completed. You will get the most out of a cohesive collaboration!
How do I bring the online design project to life?
We mostly work with existing products in our online designs that we kindly share with you during project development. You don’t have to worry about furniture, decor, textiles, lighting, and paints since you are instantly directed to online sources you can purchase them from. The only aspect you should consider is that the longer you wait, the greater the probability that these products remain fewer in stock, although some can be restocked.
Can you include my existing products or some products I specify?
For the Professional and Exclusive plan we can include your existing or desired products into the design project. However for the Creative plan, you will have to pay $25 more for a custom product to include.
Can Hackrea design my room starting with the floor plan only?
If your house is still in construction or for any other reason, you can safely send us your floor plan only. Based on the latter, we can develop 3D visuals of your room and go on with the design project. This way, you will have a clear image of your future design and decide what works best for you while keeping in touch with a designer.
Can Hackrea develop the design project for the whole house?
Our designers can successfully manage full-house projects based on the house floor plan and photos if possible. We guarantee a coherent interior design that brings all spaces together and makes the most of your vision. You should consider a larger budget for such services, although we are open to negotiation depending on the difficulty of the project development.
How fast do the designers start working on my project once I contact you?
Depending on the designers’ time availability, they start developing a new design project as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we have a few designers who perfectly deal with the workflow. Once you contact us and send the requirements, we plan our collaboration and constantly keep in touch with you.
Does the price for an online room design depend on the size of the space?
As shown on our website, the price varies depending on the designers’ experience and the services they will provide while developing the project. We tend to stick to this standard. Still, the price may change depending on the case.
